Most Common Issues

Internet speed is shared among the number of devices being used on an account. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Internet speed depends on a variety of conditions, including but not limited to; performance and age of devices, number of devices running simultaneously, and congestion during peak times.

Wifi Issues

There are multiple issues that users can run into when using their phones. Please look at the following issues and see which best applies to you.

Cannot See the wifi in my Wifi settings?There are multiple solutions that may solve your problem.
  • Restart your device by fully powering it off and turning back on after 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Go to your Wifi settings and turn your wifi off. Wait 30 to 60 seconds and then turn your Wifi back on.
The Login screen is not popping up?There are multiple solutions that may solve your problem.
  • Connect to the internet and open a internet browser (example safari, internet explorer, chrome, etc). Search a website that you commonly use and you may be redirected to the popup.
  • Go to your Wifi settings and click the Blue Circle with an I inside it. Turn private address off (to the left). Attempt to rejoin the network. *This solution is for IPHONE/IPAD/APPLE WATCH USERS*

Park Information

*Iphone 13 Issue ONLY* The Splash Screen isn’t loading or is loading slowly or wont connect to the internet after logging in?This is a known issue with the Iphone 13. Please Be patient and wait for the Splash screen to load. It can be extremely slow. Connceting to the internet may also be extremely slow to register. Please be patient.
Fixed Service Devices

The most common issues that users can run into when using both routers and antennas can be solved by doing a quick power cycle. Please follow the instructions below to restart your fixed devices. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

Fixed Antenna

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

  • Find the antenna power cord. It should be the round connector.
  • Unplug the power cord for the antenna and leave unplugged until the light turns off.
  • Wait for 30 to 60 seconds and plug the connector back into the antenna.
Router

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

  • Find the power connection for your router. This should be a black round connector.
  • Unplug the power connector and wait 30 to 60 second
  • Plug the power connector back in and wait for the router to turn back on. This can take a few minutes.

There may be some settings that you need to turn off on your router to have it function correctly with Keswick Communication services. Keswick Managed routers have already disabled these options.

    • Please have the 5Ghz band turned off on the router.
    • Please be sure the router firmware is updated

WARNING: Do not press the reset button on your router. This will delete the firmware.
